Pursuant to paragraph 13 of Practice Direction: Committal for Contempt of Court – Open Court

In relation to B00RM390 on 16 April 2015, at the County Court at Romford sitting as a District Judge, I sentence John Murphy to a custodial sentence of 28 days suspended for 12 months for contempt of court. The basis of that sentence was that Mr Murphy had disobeyed the terms of an anti-social behaviour injunction dated 20 January 2015 which prohibiting him for threatening residents of or visitors to Barley Court, Lower Markdyke Avenue, Rainham.

In relation to A02RM390 on 16 April 2015, at the County Court at Romford sitting as a District Judge, I sentence Claire Robinson to an immediate custodial sentence of 14 days for contempt of court. The basis of that sentence was that Ms Robinson had disobeyed the terms of an anti-social behaviour injunction dated 6 October 2014 prohibiting her from creating a noise nuisance to, or threatening residents of, or visitors to, Barley Court, Lower Markdyke Avenue, Rainham.
