On 8th May 2015, HHJ Armitage QC found Ashley Marcus Dore guilty of contempt of court. Ashley Marcus Dore admitted that by his presence within Thorngrove House, 9 Thorngrove Avenue, Manchester M23 on 7 occasions, namely 28th January, 7th, 9th, 14th and 16th February and 3rd and 7th March 2015, he was on each occasion in breach an injunction prohibiting his presence and in contempt of court. He had not committed any anti-social behaviour. For each such contempt the said Ashley Marcus Dore was sentenced to imprisonment for 28 days, such periods to run concurrently, in each case suspended for the remaining duration of the injunction (expiring on the 26th June 2015) on condition that there is no further breach of the injunction.
