This was an application to commit Mr Jaunbuers to prison for contempt it being alleged that he had breached an injunction which prevented him from begging within the City of Bristol.

Mr Jaunbuers admitted 6 breaches of the injunction between 20 January 2015 and 13 April 2015 and they were, on this admission, found to be proved.

A term of immediate imprisonment of 12 weeks in respect of each of the 6 allegations was imposed to run concurrently making 12 weeks in total.

Mr Jaunbauers was already the subject of a suspended committal in respect of 6 previous allegations. For this he had been sentenced to 2 months imprisonment in respect of each allegation, the sentences to run concurrently.

The suspended order was activated by to run concurrently. The total term imposed on Mr Jaunbauers was therefore 12 weeks imprisonment.
