Pursuant to paragraph 13 of Practice Direction: Committal for Contempt of Court – Open Court
In relation to B00SO139 on Saturday 9th May, at the Southampton Central Police Station, I remanded Richard Lambert in custody, to appear before me on 14th May 2015, at the County Court at Southampton sitting as a District Judge. On 14th May 2015 I again remanded Richard Lambert in custody, initially for 3 weeks until 4th June 2015, with an order under s.156 Housing Act 1996 for the production of a psychiatric report. The basis of those remands was that Richard Lambert had on a further two admitted occasions disobeyed the terms of an anti-social behaviour injunction dated 25th February 2015, confirmed on 10th March 2015, which prohibited him from various matters including entering or attempting to enter an area including Beauworth Close, Eastleigh in Hampshire, and including forbidding him from residing at, being at, visiting or loitering in the vicinity of Flat 9 Beauworth Close, and that there was reason to suspect that he is suffering from a mental disorder within the meaning of the Mental Health Act 1983.
