1. On the 31st May 2016 this court committed the following named person to prison

Douglas Vivian Blundell

2. In relation to an order dated

2 February 2016

3. which provided that the Respondent/ Defendant should not

i) To engage in, or threaten to engage in, conduct capable of causing a nuisance or annoyance to any person who resides in, visits or engages in a lawful activity in the neighbourhood of 3 Habershon Close, Lydbury North, Shropshire, SY7 9EB. For the avoidance of doubt, this conduct includes (but is not limited to) urinating in public, exposing of genitals, begging, using foul and abusive language, making obscene gestures, fly tipping, entering other residents’ gardens or cars without invitation or good reason and banging on other residents’ windows.

ii) To enter other residents’ properties without invitation.

iii) To use, or threaten to use, violence against any person who resides in, visits, or engages in a lawful activity in the neighbourhood of 3 Habershon Close, Lydbury North, Shropshire. SY7 9EB.

iv) To contact directly or indirectly, or approach, Colin Clarke, Helen Smith, Jade Copeland, Katie Clark.

4. The court found that she had disobeyed/breached that order by

i) On 29th April 2016, the defendant used violence against a person engaging in a lawful activity in the neighbourhood of 3 Habershon Close.

ii) On 28th April 2016, the defendant threatened to use violence against another resident.

iii) On 29th April 2016, the defendant threatened to use violence against a person/persons who resides in, visits or engages in a lawful activity in the neighbourhood of 3 Habershon Close.

iv) On 29th April 2016, the defendant used foul and abusive language and made an obscene gesture towards a person engaging in a lawful activity in the neighbourhood of 3 Habershon Close.

v) On 7th March 2016, the defendant used foul and abusive language to the claimant’s Neighbourhood Management Officer who was carrying out a lawful activity in the neighbourhood of Habershon Close causing a nuisance and/or annoyance.

vi) On 28th April 2016, the defendant used foul and abusive language towards another resident causing a nuisance and/or annoyance.

vii) On occasions since 2nd February 2016, the defendant has attempted to enter/open the cars of residents of Habershon Close causing a nuisance and/or annoyance.

viii) On 24th April 2016, the defendant put a black rubbish box on top of the car of another resident causing a nuisance and/or annoyance.

ix) On 26th April 2016, the defendant put a black rubbish box behind the wheel of another resident’s car causing a nuisance and/or annoyance.

x) On 27th April 2016, the defendant put a black rubbish box behind the wheel of another resident’s car causing a nuisance and/or annoyance.

5. and imposed the following sentences for those breaches

Breach

i) On 29th April 2016, the defendant used violence against a person engaging in a lawful activity in the neighbourhood of 3 Habershon Close.

ii) On 28th April 2016, the defendant threatened to use violence against another resident.

iii) On 29th April 2016, the defendant threatened to use violence against a person/persons who resides in, visits or engages in a lawful activity in the neighbourhood of 3 Habershon Close.

d abusive language and made an obscene gesture towards a person engaging in a lawful activity in the neighbourhood of 3 Habershon Close.

v) On 7th March 2016, the defendant used foul and abusive language to the claimant’s Neighbourhood Management officer who was carrying out a lawful activity in the neighbourhood of Habershon Close causing a nuisance and/or annoyance.

vi) On 28th April 2016, the defendant used foul and abusive language towards another resident causing a nuisance and/or annoyance.

vii) On occasions since 2nd February 2016, the defendant has attempted to enter/open the cars of residents of Habershon Close causing a nuisance and/or annoyance.

viii) On 24th April 2016, the defendant put a black rubbish box on top of the car of another resident causing a nuisance and/or annoyance.

ix) On 26th April 2016, the defendant put a black rubbish box behind the wheel of another resident’s car causing a nuisance and/or annoyance.

x) On 27th April 2016, the defendant put a black rubbish box behind the wheel of another resident’s car causing a nuisance and/or annoyance.

i) 2 months imprisonment

6. Accordingly it was ordered that Douglas Vivian Blundell be committed for contempt to prison for a (total) period of 2 (two) months. The order is suspended until 31st May 2017 and will not be put into force if during that timeDouglas Vivian Blundell complies with the following terms: The terms of the injunction order made 2nd February 2016
