1. On the 11th of August 2016 this court committed the following named person to prison (2) Donald McInnes

2. In relation to an order dated: 6 July 2016

3. which provided that the Respondent/ Defendant should not [set out relevant paras of the order]

    i) use or threaten violence against Simon Archer
    ii) use foul or abusive language to Simon Archer

4. the court found that [following admissions made] he had disobeyed/breached that order by

    i) On 7 August 2016 referring to Mr Archer in his presence as a “fucking prick”
    ii) On 7 August 2016 punched Mr Archer in the neck
    iii) On 7 August 2016 threatened Mr Archer that “people are going to take you out”

5. and imposed the following sentence(s) for those breach(es)

Breach:

    i) foul and abusive language
    ii) use of violence
    iii) threat of violence

Sentence:

    i) 2 weeks imprisonment
    ii) 8 weeks imprisonment
    iii) 4 weeks imprisonment

consecutively

6. Accordingly it was ordered that (2) Donald McInnes be committed for contempt to Her Majesty’s Prison at(3) HMP Bullingdon for a (total) period of 14 weeks or until lawfully discharged if sooner, [and that a warrant of arrest and committal be issued forthwith].
