On 26 October 2016 the court granted an injunction under Section 1 of the Anti-social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014 restraining Tyson Clark from entering or remaining in a defined area of Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, and restraining specified behaviour by him.

On 16 December 2016 District Judge MacMillan committed Tyson Clark to prison for 14 days for his admitted breach of the injunction on 15 December 2016, and activated a suspended 28 day committal order made for a previous breach, the periods to run consecutively.
