  1. On the 19th August 2016 this court committed the following named person to prison Kane Morrison
  1. In relation to an order dated  20th April 2016
  1. Which provided that the Defendant should not

    i) Incite or cause conduct that causes or is likely to cause, harassment, alarm or distress to any person or conduct capable of causing nuisance or annoyance in relation to that person’s occupation or residential premises.

  1. The court found following admissions made he had disobeyed/breached that order by

    On 10th July 2016 at approximately 0200hrs outside Shots Bar, Bradshawgate, Bolton, the 7th Respondent used threatening behaviour, including  using his belt in a threatening manner and striking a male, thereby engaging in conduct from which the 7th Respondent is prohibited by virtue of paragraph 7 of the injunction.

  1. And imposed the following sentence(s) for those breach(es)

    Breach:  On 10th July 2016 at approximately 0200hrs outside Shots Bar, Bradshawgate, Bolton, the 7th Respondent used threatening behaviour, including  using his belt in a threatening manner and striking a male, thereby engaging in conduct from which the 7th Respondent is prohibited by virtue of paragraph 7 of the injunction.

    Sentence: 349 days immediate custodial sentence

  1. Accordingly it was ordered that Kane Morrison be committed for contempt to Her Majesty’s Prison at HMP Manchester for a total period of 349 days or until lawfully discharged if sooner, and that a warrant of arrest and committal be issued forthwith.
