Case No A03MA381 & B03MA815

1. On the 15th March 2016 this court committed the following named person to prison REBECCA HARRISON

2. In relation to an order dated  3rd December 2014

3. which provided that the Defendant should not:

i)  engage in nuisance behaviour to any person in the neighbourhood of 16A Longport Avenue, Withington, Manchester, M20 1FL (“the property”);ii)  enter a restricted area outlined in black on an attached plan;iii)     allow John Mongan to enter or remain at the property;

4. the court found following admissions made by the defendant in her statement of the claimant she had disobeyed/breached that order by:

i)   on 13th January 2015 (ii) on 6th March 2015 (iii) on 12th March 2015, the defendant entered into the restricted area in breach of Clause 2 of the order of 3rd December 2014;

(iv) on 22nd April 2015 (v) on 1st May 2015 (vi) on 22nd May 2015 (vii) on 9th – 10th November 2015, the defendant allowed John Mongan to enter and remain at the property and thereafter engaged in nuisance behavior in breach of clauses 1(i) and 3 of the order of 3rd December 2014

5. and imposed the following sentences for those breaches

Sentence
Breaches (i)-(iii) 1 month custody (concurrent)
Breaches (iv)-(vii) 1 month custody (concurrent) but consecutive to breaches (i)-(iii) above;Total sentence 2 months immediate custody

6. Accordingly it was ordered that Rebecca Harrison be committed for contempt to Her Majesty’s Prison Styal for a total period of 2 months or until lawfully discharged if sooner and that a warrant of committal be issued forthwith.
