1. On the 6th of August 2015 this court committed the following named person to prison Luke Durham

2. In relation to an order dated 23rd April 2015

3. which provided that the Respondent/Defendant should not

  1. i)   Possession of cannabis
  2. ii)  Associating with Nathan Hughes
  3. iii)  Failure to advise Merseyside police of current address

4. the court found that [following admissions made] (s)he had disobeyed/breached  that order by

  1. i)  On 13th July 2015 being in possession of cannabis
  2. ii)  On 13th July 2015 being in company with Nathan Hughes
  3. iii)  Failing to notify Merseyside police of his place of residence having moved

5. and imposed the following sentence(s) for those breach(es)

Breach Sentence
i)  Possession of cannabis

ii) Associating with Nathan Hughes

iii) Failure to advise Merseyside police of current address

iv) breach of suspended sentence imposed on 23rd Arpil 2015, associating with Michael King

i) 3 months imprisonment

ii) 2 months imprisonment

iii) 2 months imprisonment

iv) 28 days

6. Accordingly it was ordered that Luke Durham be committed for contempt to Her Majesty’s Prison  Liverpool for a (total) period of  3 months and 28 days or until lawfully discharged if sooner.
