  1. On the 10 November 2016 this court committed the following named person to prison – JONATHAN THOMAS SMITH
  1. In relation to an order dated – 5TH MAY 2016
  1. which provided that the Respondent/ Defendant should not [set out relevant paras of the order]
    i) Assault, threaten, shout and/or use foul and abusive language or otherwise causing a nuisance or annoyance to a) any person residing in or occupying any housing accommodation in or in the neighbourhood of Dennet Close, Spilsby, Lincolnshire; b) any person carrying out lawful activity in the neighbourhood of Dennett Close, Spilsby, Lincolnshire
  1. the court found that he had breached that order by – Behaving in the manner alleged set out in the Schedule of Breaches attached
  1. and imposed the following sentence for that breach – Breach of all matters contained, Sentence – 3 months imprisonment
  1. Accordingly it was ordered that(2) JONATHAN THOMAS SMITH be committed for contempt to Her Majesty’s Prison at(3) Lincoln for a (total) period of 3 months or until lawfully discharged if sooner
