In relation to Case Numbers B00GL617, BOOGL618, BOOGL619, B00GL620 Gloucester City Council-v-Robert Edwards, Ellen Birch, Trudie Birch and Michael Birch on 3rd February 2016, at The County Court at Gloucester and Cheltenham, I, District Judge Hebblethwaite sentenced Robert Edwards, Ellen Birch, Trudie Birch and Michael Birch to a suspended custodial sentence of 6 weeks suspended for 1 year for contempt of court. The basis of that sentence was that [short, general reasons].’

Breaches of an interim Anti Social Behaviour Injunction while defendants still living in Russell Street Gloucester, involving neighbours there. The Anti Social Behaviour Injunction was at the time limited to Russell Street. Defendants moved since (by eviction) and now moved from Gloucester. Harassment, alarm or distress intended (“lesser degree”). Defendants have history of disobedience to similar orders. Remorse shown.
