  1. On the 16th February 2016 this court committed the following named person to prison

Daniella Didio

  1. In relation to an order dated

14th October 2015

  1. which provided that the Defendant should not [set out relevant paras of the order]i) Engage in or threaten to engage in conduct capable of causing a nuisance or annoyance to any person who resides in, visits or engages in lawful activity in the neighbourhood of 7 Mead Crescent Burton on Trentii) Having more than two guests in 7 Mead Crescent Burton on Trent at any one time
  1. the court found that (s)he had disobeyed/breached that order byi) On 7th November 2015 caused or allowed numerous visitors to 7 Mead Crescent Burton on Trent
    ii) On 12th November 2015 caused or allowed loud music to come from 7 Mead Crescent Burton on Trent and multiple visitors in excess of two guests
    iii) On 15th November 2015 caused or allowed loud music, shouting, screaming and banging to come from 7 Mead Crescent Burton on Trent and visitors to the property in excess of two guests
    iv) On 21st November 2015 was in the street outside the said property screaming and shouting. The respondent caused or allowed loud music to come from her premises and caused or allowed at least five other people in the property
  1. and imposed the following sentence(s) for those breach(es)

i) 28 days imprisonment

  1. Accordingly it was ordered that(2) Daniella Didio be committed for contempt to prison for a (total) period of 28 days

The order is suspended until 14th October 2016 and will not be put into force if during that time(2) Daniella Didio complies with the following terms: Does not breach any of the terms of the order of 14th October 2015
