  1. On the 6th of July 2016 this court committed the following named person to prison Shakir Ahmed
  1. In relation to an order dated 23 February 2016
  1. which provided that the Defendant should not [set out relevant paras of the order]

i) Congregate in a group of two or more persons (making a group of 3 persons including himself) within the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, except when with his immediate family members…

  1. the court found that he breached  that order by

i) Congregating in a group of two or more persons, not being immediate family members, within the London Borough of Tower Hamlets on 1st April 2016

ii) Congregating in a group of two or more persons, not being immediate family members, within the London Borough of Tower Hamlets on 8th April 2016

  1. and imposed the following sentence(s) for those breach(es)

Sentence:

i) 14 days imprisonment

ii) 14 days imprisonment

to be served consequetively, suspended until 6th January 2017

  1. Accordingly it was ordered that Shakir Ahmed be committed for contempt to prison for a (total) period of  28 days.
    The order is suspended until 6th January 2017 and will not be put into force if during that time(2) if Shakir Ahmed complies with the order of 23rd February 2016
