Rhiannon Cory has failed to comply with paragraphs 1,2 and 3 of District Judge Scannell’s order dated 17th June 2016

1.   By 30th June 2016 the Defendant reimburse the sum of £527.28 to the estate in respect of the fine charged by HMRC, pursuant to the Ombudsman’s decision dated 7th March 2014.
2.   By the 7th July 2016 the Defendant reduce its total fees inclusive of VAT (but excluding disbursements) by 33%, pursuant to the Ombudsman’s decision dated 7th March 2014.

3.   By the 14th July 2016 the Defendant complete the administration of the estate and provide the complainant Mr J S Ladbroke with a finalised copy of the estate account, pursuant to the Ombudsman’s decision dated 7th March 2014.

And for the particular contempts the court imposed the penalties of:

1.   Committal to prison for 14 days suspended so long as the Respondent attends the hearing of this matter on 12th December 2016 at 10.00am at the County Court at Cardiff before His Honour Judge Jarman QC.
