In relation to the above numbered case on 26 September 2016 His Honour Judge Worster sitting in the County Court at Birmingham as a His Honour Judge of the County Court, sentenced the Defendant in that case, K Robinson. to a custodial sentence of 68 days for contempt of court on breach of an Injunction Order dated 18 March 2016. The basis of the sentence imposed is that K Robinson

Was in breach of the Injunction, by

  1. Being present on Preston Street, which is within the exclusion zone in paragraph 2 of the above stated Order.
  2. being present on Norton Road, Winson Green Road, Wellington Street, and Foundry Lane, which are within the exclusion zone in paragraph 2 of the above stated Order.
  3. Further, the Respondent is in Breach of the suspended sentence Order dated 17 June 2016 of 14 days imprisonment which is activated in full

These breaches were contrary to the terms of the Injunction Order dated 18 March 2016, to which K Robinson was subject.
