Birmingham City Council  -v-  Terrance John Phillips

In relation to the above numbered case on 1st November 2016 Recorder Khangure sitting at the Birmingham Civil Justice Centre as a Judge of the County Court at Birmingham, sentenced the Defendant in that case, Terrance John Phillips to a custodial sentence of 26 weeks, less 37 days already served, a total of 145 days for contempt of court on breach of an Injunction Order dated 2nd September 2016.   The basis of the sentence imposed is that Terrance John Phillips

Was in breach of the Injunction, by

Entering 66 Coplow Street, Birmingham B16 0DL on 11th September 2016, 19th September 2016, 22nd September 2016 and 2nd October 2016.

These breaches were contrary to the terms of the Injunction Order dated  2nd September 2016,  to which  Terrance John Phillips was subject.
