The basis of the sentence imposed is that Kirt Travers

Was in breach of the Injunction, by Entering Kelsall Croft on 12th August 2015 and Entering Crosby Close and associating with more than 2 people on 23rd September 2015.

These breaches were contrary to the terms of the Injunction Order dated 5th June 2015 and varied on 23rd September 2015 to which Kirt Travers was subject.
