Case Number A90BM228 Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council -v- Reece Sheeran

In relation to the above numbered case on 24th February 2016, His Honour Judge Worster sitting at the Birmingham Civil Justice Centre as a Judge of the High Court at Birmingham, sentenced the Defendant in that case Reece Sheeran, to a Suspended Custodial sentence of 3 months for contempt of court on breach of an Injunction Order dated 1st December 2014. The basis of the sentence imposed is that Reece Sheeran

Was in breach of the Injunction, by

  1. On 3rd May 2015 the Defendant was racing his vehicle at speed against another vehicle on the A41 dual carriageway, Great Bridge/West Bromwich within the borough of Sandwell.

These breaches were contrary to the terms of the Injunction Order dated 1st December 2014 to which Reece Sheeran was subject.
