In relation to the above numbered case on 22 March 2016, His Honour Judge McKenna sitting at the Birmingham Civil Justice Centre as a Circuit Judge of the County Court at Birmingham, sentenced the Defendant in that case, Jerome Christie to a Suspended custodial sentence of 56 days and 28 days to run concurrently for contempt of court on breach of an Injunction Order dated 15 February 2016. The basis of the sentence imposed is that Jerome Christie

Was in breach of the Injunction, by

  1. Having being found in possession of cannabis.
  2. Being in All Saints Road and Lodge Road.

These breaches were contrary to the terms of the Injunction Order dated on 15 February 2016 to which Jerome Christie was subject.
