  1. On the 24 August 2016 this court committed the following named persons to prison;

Miss Victoria Ratcliff & Mr Daryl Gilks

2. In relation to undertakings dated 1st December 2015

3. Which provided that the Defendant should

a). Not to threaten to use or use violence against any person;

b).  Not to engage or threaten to engage in conduct that has caused or threatened to cause harassment, alarm or distress to any person;

c).  Not to enter excluded areas;

d).  Not to be intoxicated in a public place through drink or drugs including new psychoactive substances;

e).  Not to urinate or to defecate in any place other than a toilet;

f).  To adhere to any terms and conditions placed on any accommodation granted during the operation of the undertaking;

g).  to engage with the Vine Day Centre to find local support services in Woking to help with alcohol use;

h).  To keep medical appointments;

i).  To engage with any detox programme;

j).  To engage with the Vine Outreach programme;

4. the court found that they had breached this undertaking

5. and imposed the following sentence(s) for those breach (es)

Victoria Ratcliffe – 1 month imprisonment concurrent for each breach total 1 month imprisonment

Daryl Gilks  – 3 months imprisonment for each breach total of 3 months imprisonment

6. Accordingly it was ordered that Victoria Ratcliffe be committed for contempt to prison for a (total) period of 1 month and that Daryl Gilks be committed for contempt to prison for a period of 3 months.
