1. On 21 April 2015 this court committed the following named person to prison


2. In relation to an order dated


3. which provided that the Defendant should not

i) be with, associate with, communicate with or approach individually or collectively certain named persons including LEVI WAYNE WILSON

4. the court found that following admissions made he had breached  that order by

i)    associating with LEVI WAYNE WILSON on 12 July 2015 at Blackpool

5. and imposed the following sentence for that breach


i) associating with LEVI WAYNE WILSON on 12 July 2015 at  Blackpool


i)  Activation of term of imprisonment 14 days suspended by order dated 28 May 2015 and further immediate term of imprisonment of 56 days to run consecutively

6. Accordingly it was ordered that(2) DANIEL JOHN DINNING
be committed for contempt to Her Majesty’s Prison at(3) Preston for a total period of 70 days or until lawfully discharged if sooner.
