3.WHICH PROVIDED THAT THE Respondent/defendant should not

  1. Engage or threaten to engage in conduct which causes or is capable of causing a nuisance or annoyance to
    1. any person with a right to occupy housing accommodation in the neighbourhood of 12 Urban Avenue, Altrincham, WA15 8HS, visiting such accommodation, or engaging in lawful activity in the neighbourhood of such accommodation
    2. any person employed in connection with the exercise of the Applicant’s housing management functions
    3. Playing or allowing to be played any amplified music or other recordings at a volume that can be heard outside 12 Urban Avenue, Altrincham WA15 8HS

4. The Court found that he had disobeyed/breached that order by 79 consequent breaches of paragraphs 2 and 4 of the Injunction Order dated 21 July 2015

5. and imposed the following sentence(s) for those breaches

Breach:

All breaches of paragraphs 1-4 of the Injunction order dated 21 July 2015

Sentence:

6 months concurrent for all breaches

6. Accordingly it was ordered that Mr Richard Riley be committed for contempt to Her Majesty’s Prison at Manchester for a total period of 6 months or until lawfully discharged if sooner, and that a warrant of arrest and committal be issued forthwith.
