In relation to the above numbered case on 4th July 2017, District Judge Keyser sitting in the County Court at Wolverhampton as a District Judge of the County Court, sentenced the Defendant in that case, to a custodial sentence of 28 days for contempt of court on breach of an Injunction Order dated 10th April 2017. The basis of the sentence imposed is that Adam Worton Was in breach of the Injunction, by entering Coronation Road on the 22nd June 2017 and by breaching the suspended committal order dated 10th April 2017.

These breaches were contrary to the terms of the Injunction Order dated 10th April 2017 to which Adam Worton was subject.

District Judge Keyser
