In relation to case number C00SA406 on 20 July 2017, at the County Court sitting at Swansea I, District Judge M Taylor, sentenced Kay Hudson-Jones, to a custodial sentence of four weeks, suspended for 12 months, for contempt of court. The basis of that sentence was that she breached an order made on 10 November 2016 under Part 1 of the Antisocial Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014 by on the 1 July 2017 causing a nuisance and annoyance to a person named in the order of 10 November 2016 by shouting and screaming and using offensive language from her property which could be heard outside.
