Before District Judge Dignan sitting at Stockport County Court on the 25th September 2015 in the matter of case number 1SK01719 SMBC v Peter Ogden

On the 25th September 2015 this court committed Peter Ogden to prison for a period of 26 weeks in relation to an order dated the 15th April 2013

Which provided that the Defendant should not:

Be within the area edged red on the attached plan at any time (this exclusion area include Chesworth Close Stockport.)

And from

Using or threatening violence against Lynn Ogden or any other resident of or visitor to Chesworth Close Stockport SK1 3NT.

The court found that following the admissions made that Peter Ogden had breached that order by:

  1. On the 7th September 2015 he entered Chesworth Close Stockport Sk1 3NT
  2. Whilst at Chesworth Close he assaulted Lynn Ogden.

The court imposed the following sentences for those breaches:

For each breach Peter Ogden was sentenced to 26 weeks in Prison for each breach,  to run concurrently so that he will be committed to  26 weeks in prison in total.
