In the case of YMCA Cambridgeshire & Peterborough v Miss Jacqueline Reilly B00PE556

On Tuesday, 26th April 2016, at the County Court in Peterborough, District Judge Matthews sentenced Jacqueline Reilly to 12 months imprisonment for contempt of court. Miss Reilly admitted the breach of an order of this court dated 16th July 2015 prohibiting her from entering the Claimant’s premises at Bretton in Peterborough.

Miss Reilly had previously been sentenced to 12 months imprisonment by His Honour Judge Yelton sitting at the County Court in Cambridge on 21st October 2015 for breaching the same order.

Miss Reilly breached the order again almost immediately after her release from prison and indicated her intention to breach the order again. She declined legal representation.
