Pursuant to paragraph 13 of Practice Direction: Committal for Contempt of Court – Open Court

In relation to C00NR632 on 14th June 2016, sitting at Norwich County Court, I District Judge Reeves, sentence Miss Pamela Spencer (aka Amy Waterson) of 12 Lawson Court, Lawson Road, Lowestoft, Suffolk NR33 0EH to a sentence of imprisonment for a period of 12 weeks for contempt of court.

The basis of that sentence is that Miss Pamela Spencer (aka Amy Waterson) is found to be in breach on 2nd to 4th June 2016 of the terms of an Anti Social Behaviour Injunction dated 23rd May 2016. The suspended sentence of imprisonment of a period of 7 days imposed by Deputy District Judge Slaney on 25th May 2016 arising from the breach dated 24th May 2016 of the said injunction dated 23rd May 2016 is activated and will be consecutive to the sentence imposed today.

The total period of imprisonment to be served is 13 weeks.
