  1. which provided that the Defendant is forbidden from entering or remaining on the Magdalen Estate, Gorleston save for the purposes of attending the Seagull Contact Centre for contact with his son
  2. the court found that he had disobeyed/breached that order by

Entering into the estate on the 16th November 2015.

  1. and imposed the following sentence(s) for those breach(es)

Breach

6 weeks imprisonment suspended for a period of 9 months.

  1. Accordingly it was ordered that Darren Pentecost

[be committed for contempt to Her Majesty’s Prison at (3) for a (total) period of

or until lawfully discharged if sooner, [and that a warrant of arrest and committal be issued

forthwith].

OR

be committed for contempt to prison for a (total) period of 6 weeks

The order is suspended until 4:00 pm on 4th September 2016 and will not be put into force if during

that time Darren Pentecost complies with the following terms:
