Pursuant to paragraph 13 of Practice Direction: Committal for Contempt of Court – Open Court

In relation to C00NR471 on 17th May 2016, sitting at Norwich County Court, I District Judge Reeves, sentence Philip Franklin of Gorleston , Great Yarmouth, to a sentence of imprisonment for a period of 42 days for contempt of court. The basis of that sentence is that Jamie-Leigh Cusack is found to be in breach on 17th May 2016 of the terms of an Anti Social Behaviour Injunction dated 3rd May 2016. The suspended sentence of imprisonment of a period of 28 days imposed by District Judge Russell on 16th May 2016 arising from the breach dated 13th May 2016 of the said injunction dated 3rd May 2016 is activated and will be consecutive to the sentence imposed today. The total period of imprisonment to be served is 70 days.
