At 11:25pm on the 17th July 2016 the Defendant was found at 10 Compstall Avenue, Manchester. This is within the exclusion area and a breach of paragraph 5 of the Injunction Order dated 5th May 2016

Sentence
1. Immediate activation of the suspended 28 days custodial sentence of HHJ Raynor QC dated 8th July 2016 (less 1 day for time served).

2.  28 days custody suspended for 12 months on condition the Defendant complied with the Injunction Order dated 5th May 2016.

6.       Accordingly it was ordered that Tracey Thomas be committed for contempt to Her Majesty’s Prison at    Styal for a total period of 28 days or until lawfully discharged if sooner, [and that a warrant of arrest and committal be issued forthwith].

AND

Tracey Thomas be committed for contempt to prison for a (total) period of 28 days        .
The Order is suspended for 12 months and will not be put into force if during that time Tracey Thomas complies with the following terms:

i) To comply with the terms of the original injunction dated 5th May 2016
