2. In relation to an order dated

20th June 2016

i) Obey the terms set out in the Injunction Order dated 20th June 2016

4.        The court found following admissions made he had breached that order by

1. On 26th June 2016 at approximately 13:20 hours, the Respondent entered the Menkind Store located in the Arndale Cenre. The Respondent left the store and walked down the Arndale Centre leaving via one of the exits onto Market Street. The Respondent walked to the top of market street where it connects to High Street and onto Piccadilly Gardens.

2. On 28th June 2016 at approximately 9:59am the Respondent was seen to be on Marble Street, Manchester and was taken to the police pod in Piccadilly Gardens. At 10:50 hours, the Respondent was arrested for breach of the Civil Injunction Order after confirming that he know about it, to which the Respondent replied “You know what I’, not arsed. I want to go back to Jail”.

5.       And imposed the following sentence(s) for those breach(es)

Breach

Sentence

6 weeks custodial sentence suspended until 20th January 2017 upon compliance with the injunction order dated 20th June 2016, on each breach concurrent

6.  Christopher Houghton be committed for contempt to prison for a (total) period of 6 weeks
The Order is suspended until 20th January 2016 and will not be put into force if during that time Christopher Houghton complies with the following terms:

i) To comply with the terms of the original Injunction dated 20th June 2016.
