On 4th July 2017 Christopher Houghton was found in Contempt of Court (on his own admission) for having wilfully breached the Order of 20 June 2016 (and extended on 14 June 2017) in that he had been found to be present in an area in Manchester, from which by reason of the provisions of the Order of 20 June 2016, he was excluded and had caused nuisance or annoyance or harassment or alarm or distress. There were a total of 2 breaches, for which he was sentenced to a total of 12 weeks.

It was Ordered That Christopher Houghton be committed for contempt to Her Majesty’s Prison for a total period of 12 weeks, or until lawfully discharged if sooner.
