On 22 June 2017 Christopher Houghton was found in Contempt of Court (on his own admission) for having breached the Order of 20 June 2016 (extended on 13 June 2017) in that he had been found to be present in an area in Manchester from which, by reason of the provisions of the order of 20 June 2016, he was excluded and had caused nuisance or annoyance or harassment or alarm or distress. There were a total of 4 breaches, for which he was sentenced to a total of 12 weeks suspended for 12 months.
