Pursuant to paragraph 13 of Practice Direction Committal for Contempt of Court

On 22 August 2017 William Fairclough was found in Contempt of Court (on his own admission) for having wilfully breached the Orders of 12 July 2017 and 17 July 2017 in that he caused nuisance or annoyance or harassment or alarm or distress to the caretaker by being verbally and physically abusive to her, and to the cleaner by blocking his exit, thrusting his head at him and spitting at him. There were a total of 11 breaches, two of which passed the custody threshold for which he was sentenced to a total of 21 Days.

It was Ordered That William Fairclough be committed for contempt to Her Majesty’s Prison for a total period of 21 Days, or until lawfully discharged if sooner.
