1. On the 22nd February 2017 this court committed the following named person to prison

Jordan Budgen

2. In relation to an order dated

16th October 2016

3. Which provided that the Defendant should

i) Obey the terms of the Injunction

4.        The court found following admissions made he had disobeyed/breached that order by

  1. On the 23rd January 2017 at approximately 12:45hrs the Respondent was seen on Cleggs Lane, Little Hulton, a road from which the Respondent is prohibited from entering by virtue of Paragraph 2 of the Civil injunction Order.
  2. On the 23rd January 2017 ay approximately 12:45hrs, the Respondent was a passenger in a motor vehicle on Cleggs Lane, Little Hulton, which drove directly towards Jane Blood, thereby engaging (or instructing or encouraging another person to engage) in conduct causing, or likely to cause alarm, harassment and/or distress, conduct from which the Respondent is prohibited by virtue of Paragraph 7 of the Civil injunction Order.
  3. On the 23rd January 2017 at approximately 12:45hrs, the Respondent was a passenger in a motor vehicle on Cleggs Lane, Little Hulton when he pointed two fingers at Jane Blood with his thumb mimicking a trigger, this being a threatening gesture towards jane Blood, thereby engaging in conduct causing, or likely to cause alarm, harassment and/or distress, conduct from which the Respondent is prohibited by virtue of Paragraph 7 of the Civil Injunction Order.
  4.  On the 23rd January 2017 at approximately 12:45hrs, the Respondent was a passenger in a motor vehicle with Joshua Barnes on Newcombe Drive and Cleggs Lane, Little Hulton, a person whom the Respondent is prohibited from being in company of by virtue of Paragraph 6 of the Civil Injunction Order.
  5. AND FURTHER
  6. On the 25th August the Respondent was committed for contempt to prison for a total period of 6 weeks, such Order being suspended for 6 months and not to be put into force if during that time the Respondent complies with the terms of his Civil Injunction Order.

5.       And imposed the following sentence(s) for those breach(es)

1. Activation of the 6 week suspended sentence

Sentence
1. 4 weeks immediate custodial sentence
2.  9 months immediate custodial sentence to run consecutive with the 4 weeks above minus 2 days time served

6.       Accordingly it was ordered that Jordan Budgen be committed for contempt to Her Majesty’s Prison at Forest Bank for a total period of  9 months immediate custodial sentence to run consecutive with 4 weeks minus 2 days for time serve or until lawfully discharged if sooner.
