1. On the 29th of July 2016 this court committed the following named person to prison
(2) Oliver Sayonas

2. In relation to an order dated: 20th January 2016

3. which provided that the Respondent/ Defendant should not [set out relevant paras of the order]

    i) Owning or having with you more than 1 mobile telephone or sim card.
    ii) Owning or having with you any mobile telephone or sim card, the number for which has not been disclosed.
    ii) Failing to notify Merseyside Police of your current home address or normal place of residence.

4. the court found that [following admissions made] (s)he had disobeyed/breached that order by

    i) on 28th July 2016 – Owning or having with you more than 1 mobile telephone or sim card.
    ii) on 28th July 2016 – Owning or having with you any mobile telephone or sim card, the num for which has not been disclosed.
    iii) Failing to notify Merseyside Police of your current home address or normal place of residence.

5. and imposed the following sentence(s) for those breach(es)

Breach:

      i) on 28th July 2016 – Owning or having with you more than 1 mobile telephone or sim card.
      ii) on 28th July 2016 – Owning or having with you any mobile telephone or sim card, the num for which has not been disclosed.
             iii) Failing to notify Merseyside Police of your current home address or normal place of residence.

Sentence:

    i) 28 days.
    ii) 28 days – concurrent.
    iii) 28 days – concurrent.

6. Accordingly it was ordered that (2)Oliver Sayonas be committed for contempt to prison for a (total) period of 28 days

The order is suspended until 29th July 2018     and will not be put into force if during that time (2) Oliver Sayonas complies with the following terms:

    i) Complies with the terms of the injunction made on 20th January 2016.
