  1. On the 22nd of May 2017 this court committed the following named person to prison Dil Nawaz
  2. In relation to an order dated 22nd November 2016
  3. which provided that the Respondent/ Defendant should not [set out relevant paras of the order]
    i) Entering prohibited area
    ii) Being with, associating with, communicating with or approaching
    iii) Being in public place between the hours of 00:00 and 06:00 hours
    iv) Failing to notify Lancashire Police change of current home address or normal place of residence
    v) Being in possession of over £100.00 pounds in cash.
  4. the court found that [following admissions made] (s)he had disobeyed/breached  that order by
    i) On 21st May 2017 being in prohibited area – being in Preston area of Lancashire
    ii) On 21st May 2017 associating with Asim Nawaz
    iii) On 21st May 2017 being in a public place between the hours of 00:00 and 06:00 hours
    iv) On 21 May 2017 failing to notify Lancashire Police change of current home address or normal place of residence
    v) On 21st May 2017 being in possession of over £100.00 pounds in cash.
  5. and imposed the following sentence(s) for those breach(es)
Breach

i) On 21st May 2017 being in prohibited area – being in Preston area of Lancashire.
ii) On 21st May 2017 associating with Asim Nawaz
iii) On 21st May 2017 being in a public place between the hours of 00:00 and 06:00 hours.
iv) On 21 May 2017 failing to notify Lancashire Police change of current home address or normal place of residence.
v) On 21st May 2017 being in possession of over £100.00 pounds in cash.

  1. Accordingly it was ordered that(2) Dil Nawaz be committed for contempt to Her Majesty’s Prison at(3) HMP Liverpool for a (total) period of 6 Months or until lawfully discharged if sooner, [and that a warrant of arrest and committal be issued forthwith].
