1. On the 27th of June 2016 this court committed the following named person to prison:

2. In relation to an order dated: 5th May 2106

3. which provided that the Respondent/ Defendant should not [set out relevant paras of the order]

i) Entering prohibited area

4. the court found that [following admissions made] (s)he had disobeyed/breached that order by:

i) 24th June 2016 entering prohibited area, entering Oak View and East Millwood Road

5. and imposed the following sentence(s) for those breach(es)

Breach: entering prohibited area

Sentence: 14 days – suspended until 27th December 2016

6. Accordingly it was ordered that (2)Karl Masterson:

be committed for contempt to prison for a (total) period of 14 days

The order is suspended until 27th December 2016 and will not be put into force if during that time (2) Karl Masterson complies with the following terms:

i) Complies with the terms of the injunction made on 5th May 2016.
