5. and imposed the following sentence(s) for those breach(es)

    i) on 31st July 2016 – being in Skelmersdale.
    ii) 1st August 2016 – Owing or having in your possession more than one mobile phone or phone sim card. The number for which has not been disclosed.

Sentence:

    i) 28 Days
    ii) 28 Days – concurrent

6. Accordingly it was ordered that (2)Thomas Huyton be committed for contempt to prison for a (total) period of 28 Days

The order is suspended until 9th September 2017 and will not be put into force if during that time(2) Thomas Huyton complies with the following terms:

    i) Complies with the terms of the injunction made on 9th September 2015.
