  1. On the 20th of January 2017 this court committed the following named person to prison Joseph Knockton
  1. In relation to an order dated 6th January 2016
  1. which provided that the Respondent/ Defendant should not [set out relevant paras of the order]
    i) Failing to notify Merseyside Police of your current home address or normal place of residence.
  1. the court found that [following admissions made] (s)he had disobeyed/breached that order by
    i) Between 6th April 2016 – 20th January 2017 failing to notify Merseyside Police of your current home address or normal place of residence.
  1. and imposed the following sentence(s) for those breach(es)
    Breach – i) Between 6th April 2016 – 20th January 2017 failing to notify Merseyside Police of your current home address or normal place of residence.
    Sentence – i) 14 days.
  1. Accordingly it was ordered that(2) Joseph Knockton be committed for contempt to prison for a (total) period of 14 days. The order is suspended until 5th January 2018 and will not be put into force if during that time(2) Joseph Knockton complies with the following terms:
    i) Complies with the terms of the injunction made on 6th January 2016.
