1. On the 28th of July 2016 this court committed the following named person to prison: Michael King

2. In relation to an order dated: 3rd November 2016

3. which provided that the Respondent/ Defendant should not [set out relevant paras of the order]

    i) Entering prohibited area

4. the court found that [following admissions made] (s)he had disobeyed/breached that order by

    i)   On 27 July 2016 – entering the prohibited area – being in the alleyway running behind Eliot Street and Warton Street L20.

5. and imposed the following sentence(s) for those breach(es)

Breach:

    i) On 27 July 2016 – entering the prohibited area – being in the alleyway running behind Eliot Street and Warton Street L20.

Sentence:

    i) 28 days imprisonment

6. Accordingly it was ordered that Michael King be committed for contempt to Her Majesty’s Prison Liverpool for a (total) period of28 days or until lawfully discharged if sooner.
