1. On the 16 of March 2017 this court committed the following named person to prison

Mr Olieur Rahman

2. In relation to an order dated

10 August 2016

3. which provided that the Respondent/ Defendant should not :

  1. Para A: Be in or enter at any time between 4pm and 12 noon the following day various specified locations including the Shadwell Estate including Watney Strett (save for the purposes of passing through Watney Street to access Chapman Street)
  2. Para C: Being anywhere in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets in the Company of, or in a group of, two or more persons (making a total of three persons including himself), save for members of his immediate family.

4. the court found that he had disobeyed/breached  that order by

  1. In breach of clause C on 28.10.16 at 22.48 being in a group of 10 males at the junction of Clark Street and Sidney Street
  2. In breaches of Clause A and C on 3 November 2016 at 21.16 being in a group with 3 other males on the Shadwell Estate.
  3. In breach of Clauses A and C on 22.11.16 at 20.16 being a passenger with 2 other males in a car whilst driving through the Shadwell Estate, along Sutton Street, Martha Street and into Watney Street

5. and imposed the following sentence(s) for those breach(es)

6. Accordingly it was ordered that Olieur Rahman be committed for contempt to prison for a (total) period of  6 weeks. The order is suspended until noon 10 Augst 2017  and will not be put into force if during that  time Olieur Rahman complies with the following terms:
