In relation to the above numbered case on 28th February 2017, District Judge Bell sitting in the County Court at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch as a District Judge of the County Court, sentenced the Defendant in that case, to a custodial sentence of 28 days for contempt of court on breach of an Injunction Order dated 16th February 2017. The basis of the sentence imposed is that Gary Sliney was in breach of the Injunction, by 1. Entering into Boundary Street on 27th February 2017 which is within the excluded area 2. Being in possession of drug paraphernalia within London Borough of Tower Hamlets

These breaches were contrary to the terms of the Injunction Order dated 16th February 2017 to which Gary Sliney was subject.
