General terms as to the Contempt of Court in respect of the Committal Order

Mr Roy Creedy has been suspected of a breach of the order dated 11 March 2016, made by District Judge Asplin, and has been arrested by a constable and bought before the Judge under Section 4 of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act.

It is ordered that Mr Roy Creedy be commited for contempt to Her Majesty’s Prison for a total period of 28 days of which he must not serve more than half or until lawfully discharged if sooner by reason of activation of suspended committal order dated 08 April 2016.

And it is further ordered that a suspended committal order of 28 days imprisonment suspended until 11 March 2017 on condition that Mr Roy Creedy complies with the injunction order dated 11 March 2016.

Punishment Imposed at total of 28 days.
