1. On the 15 March 2017 this court committed the following named person to prison

Matthew Williams

2. In relation to an order dated

10 July 2015

3. which provided that the Respondent/ Defendant should not [set out relevant paras of the order]

i) Enter any sheltered housing complex or supported living accommodation, care or nursing home provided by Local Authorities or Housing Associations, Cheshire West and Chester Council, or any private company (within the Cheshire West and Chester Area) unless visiting a family member and the written permission of the Manager has been provided.

4. the court found that following admissions made he had disobeyed/breached  that order by

i) Entering any sheltered housing complex owned by Cheshire West and Chester Council without written permission of the Manager been provided.

5. and imposed the following sentence(s) for those breach(es)

Breach:

i) Enter any sheltered housing complex or supported living accommodation, care or nursing home provided by Local Authorities or Housing Associations, Cheshire West and Chester Council, or any private company (within the Cheshire West and Chester Area) unless visiting a family member and the written permission of the Manager has been provided.

Sentence:

i) 14 Days suspended for 6 months and an additional 18 months added to the terms of the injunction.

 

6. Accordingly it was ordered that Matthew Williams be committed for contempt to prison for a (total) period of 14 days. The order is suspended until 15 September 2017 and will not be put into force if during that time Matthew Williams complies with the following terms:

  1. Entering any sheltered housing complex or supported living accommodation, care or nursing home provided by Local Authorities or Housing Associations, Cheshire West and Chester Council, or any private company (within the Cheshire West and Chester Area) unless visiting a family member and the written permission of the Manager has been provided.
  2. Offering to provide or engaging in any activity which amounts to the provision of any services for gain (either financial or otherwise) to any person not of the same household, except in course of any legitimate employment or business. Such services may include (but are not limited to helping with shopping, helping with financial matters or household chores by any means (within the Cheshire West and Chester area).
  3. Entering any private dwelling (within the Cheshire West and Chester area) for the purpose of the provision of services outlined in Clause 2 above.
  4. Being in possession of a bank card, credit card, passport, driving licence, cheques, giro slips or financial documents of another person.
  5. Contacting by himself, his servant or his agent, by any means: Timothy COLLEDGE. James JUDSON, Christopher EVANS, Joyce ROBERTS, Lawrence LAVERICK, Brian LONG, Sidney BROWN, Gordon CAIRNS, James WOODBURN, Thomas COOK and Vincent BLACK.
