In relation to the above numbered case on 13 July 2017 His Honour Judge Peter Hughes QC sitting in the County Court at Carlisle as a Circuit Judge of the County Court, sentenced the Defendant in that case, to a custodial sentence of 6 months for contempt of court on breach of an Injunction Order dated 16 March 2017. The basis of the sentence imposed is that on compliance with the injunction order dated 16 March 2017 and it is ordered that Mark Trengrove be committed for contempt to Her Majesty’s Prison for breaching the suspended committal order made on 9th June 2017.

Was in breach of the Injunction, by entering the exclusion zone as outlined in the order dated 16th March 2017.

1. These breaches were contrary to the terms of the Injunction Order dated 16th March 2017 to which Mark Trengrove was subject.
