1. Whereas Joseph Hutchings has been suspected of a breach of the order dated 14th July 2017 and has been arrested by a constable and brought before the Judge under section 9 of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.

It is ordered that Joseph Hutchings be committed for contempt to Her Majesty’s Prison to be detained under section 9(1) of the Criminal Justice Act 1982 at Highdown for total period of eight weeks or until lawfully discharged if sooner, and that a warrant of arrest and committal be issued forthwith.
