  1. On 9 March 2017, the Respondent was present within the area marked on the map attached to the Civil Injunction, namely the junction of Dial Lane and Ebeneezer Street, Hill Top, West Bromwich in breach of paragraph (i) of the Civil Injunction.

The 3 breaches were contrary to the terms of the CIVIL Injunction Order dated 7 October 2016 to which Jordan Timmins was subject.
