SENTENCE

In relation to the above numbered case on 16 March 2017, District Judge Gibson sitting in the County Court at Birmingham as a District Judge of the County Court, sentenced the Defendant in that case, to a custodial sentence of 3 months for contempt of court on breach of an Injunction Order dated 28 July 2016. The basis of the sentence imposed is that Terence Randle was; in breach of the Injunction dated 28 July 2016 on 15 separate occasions over a period of 6 days.

These breaches were contrary to the terms of the Injunction Order dated 28 July 2016 to which Terence Randle was subject.

The above sentence, which was 3 months for each breach set out in the schedule but to run concurrently, is suspended until 16 March 2018.
